Effective August 22, 2025, we are temporarily suspending shipments to the USA due to government restrictions and customs duties.
We ship worldwide, however some countries are restricted ( Thailand, Japan, Far east, ex-Russian republics etc).
We use international post service, which is slower than courriers but cheaper at the same time. After shipping we send you tracking link, however there are no details from transit in some countries (Canada mainly)
Some countries (Canada, Norway etc..) - be aware that POPPERS are on the list of Health authorities who do make random check.
In such case packages are seized by your customs and you may get a letter from them.
We DO NOT give you REFUND if the shipment is seized by your customs!
Unfortunately this is a little bit of risk you have to undertake when you order (mainly from Canada)
It happens rarely but you have to count with this issue.
PACKAGING
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via international postal service with tracking. We send it as PRIORITY PARCEL from January 1,2026 - signature is needed. If you are not at home, it is delivered to your local post office.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the final destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. All packages are packed discreetly, without any sigh of "poppers" in them.
Due to customs reasons and privacy the seller is a private person.
We must provide customs declaration CN22 to all countrie outside EU.

EU - up to 7-10 days
UK - up to 10-14 days
USA - up to 10-20 days
Canada - up to 3 weeks
World - up to 4 weeks, usually sooner

You are responsible for ensuring that our products are legal in the area or country you are ordering from and having our products delivered to, we will not be held responsible if you break any laws by ordering from us.
In case your shipment was checked by your customs and seized, we give NO refunds nor send you new goods!
Clients from overseas where transport takes a long time must take into account possible evaporation of the aroma oils during transport. In these cases we do not provide compensation.
